These Terms govern your use of beautylabgrowth.com (the "Website"), operated by Beauty Lab Growth — Eric Gabrieli (autónomo), NIF Y8648606E, VAT ESY8648606E, Calle Tramontana 57, 29649 Mijas Costa, Spain ("we," "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

If you become a client, the commercial relationship between us is governed by a separate Service Agreement signed at onboarding. The terms of that Service Agreement prevail over these Terms in any conflict.

1. Who we serve

Beauty Lab Growth works exclusively with hair salons. The Website and the services we describe are offered with that audience in mind.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse the Website, contact us, and book a free strategy call. You may not scrape the Website, copy substantial portions of its content, attempt to access non-public areas, or use the Website to send unsolicited communications, malware, or to interfere with its normal operation.

3. The free strategy call

The strategy call we offer through the Website is free and creates no payment obligation. It's a real conversation — we look at your Google profile, your local competition, and what we would do differently. Anything you share that is non-public is treated as confidential.

4. Website content

The content on the Website is provided for general information about our services. It is not professional, legal, or financial advice. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that everything is up to date or free of errors.

5. Intellectual property

The Beauty Lab Growth name, logo, design, copy, photography, and the Website as a whole are our property and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without our written permission. Beauty Lab Growth's proprietary tools and systems — including the Growth System — remain our exclusive property and are licensed only under a signed Service Agreement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from your use of the Website or reliance on its content. Visitors to the Website have not paid for any service; commercial liability between us and our clients is set out separately in each signed Service Agreement.
